  1. Общие положения
    1.1. Настоящий документ является официальным предложением (публичной офертой) Марии Тимофеевой, NIF 309124689, Alameda da Guia nº398, 3º dto, 2750-369 Cascais, Португалия (далее — «Исполнитель»), заключить договор возмездного оказания консультационных услуг (далее — «Договор») с любым дееспособным физическим лицом, достигшим 18 лет (далее — «Клиент»).
    1.2. Оферта действует в отношении всех услуг, оказываемых Исполнителем дистанционно (онлайн) через сайт timofeeva.online и сервис Calendly.
  2. Предмет оферты
    2.1. Исполнитель обязуется оказать Клиенту консультационные услуги бизнес-коучинга, а Клиент обязуется принять и оплатить эти услуги на условиях настоящей оферты.
    2.2. Услуги оказываются по предварительной записи через Calendly.
  3. Порядок заключения договора
    3.1. Договор считается заключённым с момента акцепта Клиентом условий оферты: заполнения формы записи и проставления согласия на обработку персональных данных.
    3.2. Оплата производится на португальский счёт Исполнителя (Revolut/Wise) в сроки и порядке, указанные при записи.
  4. Применимое право и юрисдикция
    4.1. Договор регулируется законодательством Португальской Республики и нормами Регламента (ЕС) 2016/679 (GDPR), а также португальским законом № 58/2019.
    4.2. Все споры, возникающие из Договора или в связи с ним, подлежат рассмотрению в судах Португалии.
  5. Прочие условия
    5.1. Исполнитель вправе привлекать третьих лиц для исполнения обязательств.
    5.2. Изменения условий оферты публикуются на сайте timofeeva.online.

  1. General Provisions
    1.1. This document constitutes an official offer (public offer) by Mariia Timofeeva, NIF 309124689, Alameda da Guia nº398, 3º dto, 2750-369 Cascais, Portugal (hereinafter — the “Provider”) to conclude a service agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) with any capable individual aged 18 or older (hereinafter — the “Client”).
    1.2. This offer applies to all services provided remotely (online) by the Provider via the website timofeeva.online and the Calendly service.
  2. Subject of the Offer
    2.1. The Provider undertakes to deliver business coaching consultation services to the Client, and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for these services under the terms of this offer.
    2.2. Services are provided by prior booking through Calendly.
  3. Conclusion of the Agreement
    3.1. The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the Client accepts the terms of the offer by completing the booking form and providing consent for personal data processing.
    3.2. Payment is made to the Provider’s Portuguese account (Revolut/Wise) according to the terms specified at the time of booking.
  4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    4.1. The Agreement is governed by the laws of the Portuguese Republic and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), as well as Portuguese Law No. 58/2019.
    4.2. All disputes arising from or related to the Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
  5. Other Conditions
    5.1. The Provider reserves the right to engage third parties to fulfill its obligations.
    5.2. Any amendments to the terms of the offer will be published on the website timofeeva.online.
